1. Who can use ISHARA
You must be at least 18 years old. Access codes are personal: do not share or publish them. During testing, your code decides your daily questions and how many people you can save.
2. What ISHARA is, and what it is not
ISHARA calculates Vedic astrology charts and explains them in simple words. Astrology describes tendencies, not certain outcomes, and your own choices matter. Nothing in the app is medical, legal, financial, investment or mental-health advice; for those, please speak to a qualified professional. 3. TARA, the AI guide
TARA uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Check anything important before acting on it. TARA only discusses astrology, the charts saved in your account and how the app works, and declines other requests. Declined questions do not use up your daily questions.
4. Your account
Each device that unlocks with a tester code gets its own account; the admin code shares one account across devices. You are responsible for activity on your device; use Log out on shared devices. If you clear your browser data or log out, you need the code again.
5. People you add
Only add someone’s birth details with their permission, or as their parent or lawful guardian. You can edit or remove people at any time.
6. Fair use
Do not misuse ISHARA: no attempts to get around limits or security, no automated scraping or bulk requests, no reverse engineering, no unlawful, abusive or harmful content, and no attempts to make TARA break its rules.
7. Credits and payments
- Free questions reset every day at midnight India time and are shared by everyone in your account.
- Credits are bought in packs shown in the Wallet, priced in Indian rupees and paid through Razorpay. One credit is one extra TARA question after the day’s free ones. Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred and have no cash value.
- If TARA fails to answer, the question or credit is given back automatically.
- Credits are delivered right after a successful payment, so they are not refundable once delivered, except where the law requires. If you were charged but did not receive credits, email us within 7 days with the payment id and we will add the credits or arrange a refund.
8. Changes and availability
ISHARA is a test version. Features, limits and prices may change, and the service may be paused or ended. We will try to give notice of important changes in the app. If these terms change in a way that matters, we will ask you to accept them again.
9. Ownership
The app, its design, text and software belong to Piyush Jindal. You keep the rights to what you enter, and allow us to use it only to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
ISHARA is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on its content, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that cannot be waived.
11. Suspension
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. You can stop using ISHARA at any time and ask us to delete your data.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer forum you are entitled to use.
