1. Monthly plans
Cancel at any time in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part of a month.
2. Annual plans
If you cancel within 7 days of paying and have not used the plan (no units used and no included report downloaded), we refund you in full. After that, annual plans are not refundable, and the plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
3. Unit packs
An unused pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Once any unit from a pack has been used, the pack is not refundable.
4. Reports
A report is made and delivered at once, so it is not refundable once delivered. If a report fails to generate or open, tell us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.
5. Wrong birth details
We cannot refund because wrong birth details were entered. You can correct them at any time; for a report, we remake it once for free within 7 days.
6. Consultations
The cancellation terms for a consultation are shown before you pay. If the astrologer does not attend, you get a full refund or a new time, as you prefer.
7. Payment problems
If you were charged twice, or charged without receiving what you paid for, email us within 7 days with the payment id and we will fix it or refund you in full.
8. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show them. Please write to us before raising a chargeback, so we can help quickly.
9. Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
